Have you even tried PM'ing him?

Check his profile, his e-mail is in there. Also, he submitted to NG end of feb, so it's not impossible he actually checks in here from time to time.

My guess is that he used a standard DAW for it, like Reason, Fruity Loops, Cubase, or something similiar.
