I Got Suspended!

So today I was at school. On my folder [I use it for all classes] there is a large hand drawn crossed out swastica. I have had it there for about 6 weeks. So today I was walking to science an d my teacher from another class stops to ask me something. He asks me for a paper I owed him, so I took my folder and began to open it up. He than stopped me and looked at my folder. He said go to the office. I walked over there. He tells the principle what happened and the principle took me too his office. He said you do know having a swastica on you at all is not allowed. I told him it was crossed out showing anti-NAZi not pro Nazi. He said that I was going to get a 3 day detention. I asked him what happened to freedom of speech. After that he told me to call my mom and that I had a 4 day suspention starting on monday.

So NG I ask you. Should I have really gotten one? Where is the freedom to express yourself?

Getting a 3 day detention and being suspended is pretty damn steep just for having a crossed out swastika drawn on your folder. I'd expect that sort of punishment for dammaging school propertly, or beating up a teacher, but not for drawing a swastika.

I got a weeks suspension in grade 8 for mooning a classmate, A WHOLE FRIGGEN WEEK! Apparently it was 'VERY OFFENSIVE" and a "embarrassment to the school". Go figure that one?

For those who done know, 'mooning' is the act of flashing your bare arse to a person, living creature, or object.
