Daily sketch

Ok in order to improve on my art, I went out today and bought a brand new sketchbook. My goal is to fill it by drawing ONE thing every day.
Now here's how this will go down. You guys post a picture of:

- a human
- no more than 3 in the same picture
- It can be a detail ( face, hands, feet, whatever ) doesn't have to be a full body picture

It can be anything; a drawing, a photograph, a painting, whatever, I'll try to draw it. Alright?

So here's how it will go down: 3 people post something, I will pick one and delete the other 2, then I will draw it and post it here, at which point you can post more pictures and so on, so that the thread will have one user-submitted picture, then one drawing by me and so on.
And hopefully, you'll see me getting better with time :o Well I hope so.

disclaimer: I might not always be able to draw it on the same day, but I'll try to pick up the slack if I ever do slack off. I encourage other people who are serious about art to try something similar to this, because it could be fun.

Havnt got a picture to give you but I just want to say that your drawing pretty good. I can never draw humans and if I do it never looks the same as the picture lol.

I tried to exaggerate the pose to make it cooler but I guess it didn't really work that well.

i like your sketches but are you aiming for realism?...i like your first one and 3rd,...the legs on the 4th one are prtty long and rubberry,...the second ones not really finished but still looks great...and you cought the action in that boxing one good i like that one...keep it up

Mostly comic-book ish.
And yeah these aren't finished because they are SKETCHES, drawn on letter-size paper in my SKETCH book haha.

Anyways, today, gay pirates. Tried to make it a little more finished and draw it "comic-style" i.e. in a way that it could easily be inked, although it's pretty dirty due to all my smudging with my hands while I draw.
And you have no idea how hard it is to draw portrait-style faces when they're not even one inch big....

You can repost a picture as much as you want, I might do it eventually if you're lucky and no one posts anything interesting.

I'm trying to learn how to draw people better so yeah that won't help me.
I would do things like paintings or sweet comic artist drawings, but not cartoons...
