Using the html Aids

i dont know how to use the html aids i was wonderin if someone could show me how to use them

u click on one, type your text in the box that popped up, then hit ok.. not much to it

Click on them and type your text!
It will look like this if you want bold. (repalace (and) with <and>): (b)your text here(/b).

Any internet link will be a link automatically.

when the post message page comes up i cant use any of the html aids and down the bottom left hand corner it says done but with errors on page does anyone no how i can fix this
