I don't feel very depressed or bothered by this situation . I don't want anyone to die, it's just I feel so emotionless and unresponsive due to lack of sleep.
Although, I'm interested to see how many people have died, as well as how many people will die, that is if the shooter hasn't already been stopped.
And just like that....he was gone...

What about all the commersial (misspelt on purpose) games where you can just go around shooting people. GTA for instance? Games are fun and reality doesn't apply, which is normal for me, so don't put down any "crazy nerds" that give people another way that doesn't hurt other people.

Dude, someone made a game out of the columbine story, the columbine compared to this is childs play.

Oh prey tell, what is the other side of the story? You seem to have so much insight so go ahead and explain to me why you find it suiting to make such harsh remarks, knowing there are bound to be some NG members that are suffering from the loss of friends and family.

It's common e-humor and his post was most likely satirical anyway to cover the bases of anyone who hadn't come around yet to post it.

i walked into art class and everyone was hovering around a tv, so I thought "Uh-oh"
it's really sad how people can walk into an art class, see something like that and immediately assume "uh-oh" instead of something hopeful for once.. the world is a bad place and I guess it'll always be that way :/...

I saw this on RTE just now, poor people. I have to wonder what was going through that guys mind, what drove him to do it.
I hope to god this doesn't turn into another "It's violent videogames fault, not the easy access to guns" debate. Anti- Videogame Politicians are going to eat this up, and probably win.

The news said not long ago that 32 people were dead. It's Columbine all over again...strange that it is really close the anniversary of it, though.

Yeah what's the other side of the story? Aren't things like this one-sided, I mean, the other side can't really argue a point... Anyways, this is horrible, I don't think many of you realize how HISTORICAL this is. This is more historical than Columbine. This was the largest school shooting in US History. This is going to become very big, I assure you of that.

On CNN it just said it was the largest civilian shooting in US history.
Yay, Obama won. Let's thank his supporters:

The other side is the reason for the shooting, and you can't say "because it's bad", that's an opinion, not a reason. Without the other side you have no reason, no shooting.
Even "i don't know i just did it" is a reason.

That's what I was thinking. Didn't Clinton give a speech after Columbine? Maybe that will happen again.

Still stands the insensitivity of his post. Regaurdless of whether or not it was sarcasm, it was not appropriate.
And that goes for any other malicious statements that have or will be said.

This is quite surprising. I never thought I'd see a deadlier school shooting rampage than Columbine. So far there are 32 casualties, over twice as many as Columbine. Ugh...all I know is that this is going to be talked about for a very long time.

No, Steve Irwin's death was only one person, and there was an INCREDIBLE amount of irony in the way he died. This is a massacre, and the "Boom! Headshot!" jokes really aren't appropriate, or even clever enough to register as humorous.
And although I say these things, I would like to go on record as calling this a very horrible event, and my condolences to all involved. My sister is living in VA these days, and I gotta admit, when I first heard about all this, I got a bit worried.

It's not an excuse, it's reason. And since the shooting took place it's a good one.
Life does not cease to be funny when people die any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh.
