For those with a Nintendo DS... 2007-04-11 21:52:30 Reply

Okay, my Nintendo DS accidently got broken last week and I am going to get another one sometime this weekend. But will the games that I already have for it still have the same save-file if I get a new one? Just wondering, seeing how I don't want to start on Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow or Yoshi's Island DS because I was really far on those games. :(

Same thing happened to me.

Don't worry, everything is saved to the game card, not the DS. You'll be fine.

How did it break?

Handhelds made by Nintendo are impervious against unintentional forces of destruction.

I have nothing to say that is at all relevant.

Actually, the DS (not the DS Lite) was held in the middle, without much support, so it breaks easier. The DS Lite has support all around.

I broke my touch screen on the final stage in Normal difficulty. The English one is a hell of a lot easier. I'm almost through HARD ROCK mode on it. I can't get past hard on Ouendan. I guess one reason of that is because I hate not being able to skip the insanely long "Osu!" thing at the beginning of the last stage. Therefore, I rarely play it. It's funny to watch the Earth get sploded.
