Haven't even touched the campaign.
Do I have to do a Veteran playthrough for the trophies? Or is Hardened sufficient enough because I remember one saying Hardened / Veteran.

Hey, I don't know if this is the best place to put this but whatever. I'm in uni halls at the moment and the university network doesn't allow me to connect to PSN. Now, I tried the usual method of ICS, but it didn't seem to be working. That being said I'm pretty computer un-savvy. So does anyone know if ICS would work and how the hell I'd go about it?
I have Black Ops awaiting and it's killing me :(

I believe you only have to do a hardened run of it. It's not very challenging though, so veteran might be more fun. All of the trophies are pretty easy to get as well, similar difficulty level to MW2.

That was sweet.
Lvl 46 closing in on Lvl 50 on Black Ops. Then I'll play the campaign on Hardened and have some fun.
I still have many games from this year and last year on my to-do list. FFXIII is one of the latest though.

Traded in a lot of games today, didn't get much money back. I got 20p for a fifa, good times. I had enough to buy new vegas anyway, so I'm sorted.

Came out weeks ago. Was pretty fun. Definitely the way DLC should be done. Combat was pretty easy and very repetitive, but for the price it's definitely worth it.

GT5 in two days. And because of it getting put back to this week I've been upgraded to release day delivery for free. Lets just hope they don't forget my Stealth Car voucher, or there'll be trouble.
Glad that I bothered to get GT on PSP as well, I get to trade my whole garage over so I get a nice head start :D

It may not be PS3, but since mine is broken and whatnot, I thought vidya would suffice.
My EMA finally came through, which means 30 squids a week, plus backpay since I started College in September (about £300 in total). I bought Fallout: New Vegas off of Steam and pre ordered the collectors edition Cataclysm expansion pack for WoW, which is going to be awesome.

There's a girl I know that had something dangling off her keychain. I was wondering what it was and I remembered she said she played LittleBigPlanet before. I found out she knits little custom Sack Boys!

Pretty cool.

Just GT5. All the other big releases I'm content with renting. But not owning a Gran Turismo would be weird.

I've got Fallout New Vegas and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood sitting in my cupboard now.
Was planning on getting GT5 too, but after the reviews, I think I'll stay clear.

There doesn't seem to be that much godo stuff on offer this year..
I never liked Assassins Creed or Gran Turismo, and with MY EMA coming in I've pretty much bought all the games off of Steam I wanted..

For those of you that have Brotherhood, what do you think about the online? It won't really affect my wanting to get it, but I'm curious.

Just prestiged on black ops. It was as anticlimactic as it was in the past three games.

It's set in the desert? That should be interesting. I'm hoping for vehicles.

I'm interested to see how they do a desert. Think about it - ever other setting Naughty Dog has done allowed them to restrict the player through natural-ish walls, and help keep the game progressing the way they want it to. A desert naturally brings barren openness to mind, and unless they present it in the right way, the setting will break the immersion.
