I'm re-re-re-re-replaying through Oblivion, and the last game I bought was made in 2002.
Buy cheap (old) games, problem solved.

Do your parents have a car you could use after school or on the weekends? There are a lot of jobs that are kind of flexible about that. Or public transportation is always an option.

What you kids dream of spending on games over the course of a year, is what I pay for gas... weekly. Start earning your money rather than depend on your fat parents, you cheap fucks. Apologies for my anger but it's necessary.

I got a student loan instead, spent it on all video games, PC parts and DVDs, and now I'm going to be homeless next year.

Yeah but the difference is we do have full time jobs, or at least a more stable form of income. I can understand that some kids have trouble getting funds together, sometimes even from their own parents.
But then games have always been expensive. I still got a PS1 game with a price sticker on it for £30, back in like 98/99 (which is one of the reasons I get frustrated with people who think £40 for a PS3 is way too much - GAMES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXPENSIVE). Anyway, we survived as kids. Just got to find the bargains. Shopping online for games tends to be worth it. Shop around. Often you can find yourself saving like £5-10 for a game, just by buying it from a different site.
Just get used to pre-owned games and not always having everything when it's first released. Which isn't a big deal anyway.

If you could PM me the code, I'd appreciate it. I've been meaning to use my PSP sometime.

Hey, guys.
I've been having trouble with my PSN account lately, and I thought you guys would know the most.
Okay, I connect my PS3 to WiFi, and I can obtain a IP adress, but I can't access Playstation Network, like, I totally can't sign in, won't let me.
So, what the fuck?
just roll with it nerd

Your PS3 might be a victim to one of a few frequent issues people are now experiencing since updating to the newest update. Unless you have already been able to connect to your account at least once since you last updated.

I did leave the PS3 alone for at least a month because of FFIX and Pokemon SoulSilver but I'm getting back on track now. I bought Mega Man 10 a while ago and beat it (damn, it was hard) and now I'm playing Mirror's Edge. That game has had a mixed reception and so far, it's alright for me. After this, I'm hoping to play Silent Hill: Homecoming so that's one less borrowed game to play.

I went back to GTA4 and Arkham Asylum for a bit.
Still playing Just Cause 2 a lot. I'll inform you all when it starts to show the slightest sign of getting boring.

I've only been using the PS3 for BBC iPlayer ever since I got the Uncharted 2 platinum, can't be bothered to play anything else really.

I haven't touched it since God of War 3 really. There really wasn't much after GoW3 I was excited about playing about. I guess next month they will announce new games that can "only be done on PlayStation 3", but until then I'll play Halo: Reach.
Modnation Racers is a great game for PSP users. Play the beta if you can.

I'm fucking gagging to play FFX, Reasonance of Fate, FFXII, Heavy Rain, Demons Souls and Jak and Daxter, but I have to wait like..a month or 2 till I can get my sodding PS3 fixed. Most likely just gonna open it up with a friend more tech-savvy than myself, I'm not paying 65 quid again.

Usual time I suppose. About 9PM my time which is roughly 4-5PM in America.
I got myself Gran Turismo PSP today. I want GT5 to come out soon. I want to do the Top Gear track.

Not boring, but damn annoying.
48 missions done and the 49th doesn't even show up.
