Welcome to PS3's online lounge

I thought that I should make a club were the ever expanding Sony fanbase on NG can discuss online features, post ID tags, make clans or even host matches on the Playsation 3. Whether it be Ridge Racer, Resistance or motorstorm, posting stats in each game is also encouraged.

Remember, this is not a place to discuss the PS3, keep that to the Playstation Empire, here we discuss all things online. Kind of like the Xbox live crew. I currently own Resistance and Motorstorm, and are having gret fun with them...Especially the online features of Resistance.

Rules
All of the obvious BBS rules,
Please do not spam in the crew, if you hate Sony, keep it to yourself,
Please stay on-topic,
Real english would be preferred,
Discussing weather Xbox live or PS3's online will be better is alowed, just no flaming.

Joining
Just post a message in the crew saying why you would like to join, along with your PS3 online tag and other information about your online history, eg: games, downloads, freinds.
Pm's are also allowed.

Nice, to get a tag all you have to do is go to 'Account options' and make one, although you do have to be connected to the internet to do that.

Please try and keep it online related, its not about the PS3, its about its online as such. But Motorstorm is good, stunning graphics, but shallow...Nothing much to it, multiplayers fun though.

I would like to ask what online Resistance and what feature about it you like.

BTW is there a mapmaking feature for the game itself?

Great, your in.
Resistance is updated with firmwire every so often, adding new features. They currently have things like: Deathmatch, team deathmatch, conversion ( Die and respawn as an alien), meltdown (capture bases and capture the flag. There are others, I just forgot.

I enjoy the part were you choose your own game and make your own, sadly no map-making, but there is setting. So you can have an all rocket-launcher deathmatch, or and all sniper team deathmatch, etc.

I also like the ranks, you get upgraded ranks for doing ranked games, not custom. I am currently a lutenaint, which is good.

Oh sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant you should post pictures of your stats and ranks on games. Like say on resistance you could post a screenshot that you have played 40 rounds 1000 kills 600 deaths.

Unless you actual meant the game, not the crew? In that case, yes there is ranks. You get experince for playing matchs and then you go up ranks, unlocking new cloths. Like a pilot outfit, backpacks and extras.

You can't, I don't think, you just take a pciture with a camara or webcam.
FlOw didn't take too long on my wireless, just giv it some time, you can even play on games while it is downloading.

Great, first host of a game. Sure I will go no now, meet you there, the downlaod does not take very long...But a fair amount of time compared to everything else; so I will be waiting.

Anyway, I wanted to ask you guys who have Resistance if you want to join the newgrounds clan. I was supposed to make a new clan with gamingpro after wwwyzzerdd left to the navy since he was the only guy who could send invites to the clan. Anyway, if you guys would like to join, PM me or gamingpro on the BBS or our PS3 if you're interested.

Your on! We need more dedicated members, the Xbox live crew is already ahead by far, we need to catch up. I am in a clan at the moment 'resistance 2' but tis not that good. Although it is a big clan, its pretty dull. Being with the NG people would be bettter.

You are serious, I am only half way on hard mode, once on normal. So you have a new outfit for multiplayer? Sounds epic, I have to get to it now. I'll be on, and I'll add you as a freind, not sure theres any other BBS members we can call at the moment, but we can always invite people.
