why are you using more than one scene? they're notoriously glitchy. try and keep your movie in one scene, it'll work out better.

I think if you add a _root. in front of the var, it will

why do people even bother with scenes? my impression is that there like ohh! it says scene, if im going to make a new scene in my movie, then it HAS to be a new scene in flash, maybe name appeal? cause scenes suck nuts if you ask me.
