Troubleshooting with Tablet 2007-04-06 22:16:47 Reply

I recently purchased a laptop with Windows Vista and cannot get my Wacom tablet working right on it. I used the same tablet on my other computers and cannot get it working on my laptop. I installed the software that came with my Wacom Sapphire and i can't open the Properties on vista to change the pressure. Everytime I want to click on its properties an error message pops up that says my Tablet driver is not found. I've looked everywhere online for answers but cannot find anything.

Have you contacted the manufacturer or the store you bout it from yet?

Go to your manufacturer's website for the tablet and download the vista drivers.
