My friends friend is a big fat liar

And he lies to everyone(including me).
He's in the same class as me and my friend.
One day he said that he were going on gun lessons(WTF he is not 18 years old!).
He never really admitted it before our teacher asked him how he was allowed to do that.
Then he lied about that he created TOP(tales of pirates; you have might seen it in some ad here; WTF!?) And when my friend asked him how he was able to make it he said he was up all night and worked on it. Sure, it might work... But a guy who is still in school cant make a MMORPG by working on night!

So now im planning a punishment for him.
What do you think im gonna do?
