Im a bit confused here. Im a member of titbread.co.uk but I live in sweden so my english isnt so good. I heard that tit could mean two things: womans breast and nerd. Translation of titbread please! In my language, titbread can be two things: tuttebröd or nördbröd. Explain!

No luck on "Titbread" but the one look dictionary defines the following:

It's a term for a skilled circus performer, titbread stems from the ancient greek amusement festivals, where a dish which is translated to titbread, (I don't know the greek transliteration though) was eaten by many of the performers.
