Ok, the hippy who started this topic forgot one thing. Despite recent examples some wars are fought for reasons. Without killing it would be hard to convince the bad people to stop doing bad things.

I have nothing against people who can use pot and lead a productive life. It's these sanctimonius hippies that make me wish I was a riot cop in the 60's

If someone breaks into your house and you kill them it is self defense period?

You could get into a lot of trouble with that one day.

Well Don't break into my house , I have children a wife and willing to protect them at any cost. if that means the intruders life then so be it. maybe having a attorney for a wife may come in handy lol .

I get what you are saying and having helped my girl study a lot during her years at law school I am aware of the law , and a person does unfortunately have to kill someone who breaks into there home, as long as they thought they were protecting there family or that there family's lives were in jeopardy then the person will jot spend a day in jail. so if I were you I would not go breaking into peoples homes who will stop at nothing to protect them.
