I think that you should put those headers back but make them orange, so it looks sort of the same but more shiny like the black ones. But personally the black ones are better than the orange anyways.

wtf, why did everyone liked the black banner and nav bars? It's obviously made to look crappy, with a fade effect that is OVERUSED. Newgrounds doesnt deserve a crappy fade effect made in 1 minute. I love the this one Tom, Orange is the color of newgrounds so screw everyone who thinks it sucks

Some artists such as Wonchop and TLGmedia contributed fun April Fools submissions, so thanks for that. I'm thinking for next year, we need to have an April Fools contest where everyone submits spoofs of their own works... You heard it here first, so keep that in mind as 2008 rolls along! This way, we can supplement whatever bad joke we come up with by posting lots of great spoof movies and games by artists on the site. It will be a noteworthy part of our 2008 history!

I can't believe you didn't mention Bahamut in this part. He definitely made the best prank, as he led up to and really had many people believing he was not going to make movies anymore. Pfft!

The black bar was alright, but you can't beat orange.

If it's all done with CSS, then I don't see why you couldn't alter the site so that you can change various aspects for your own preferences like a blue, red, green, purple, brown, orange, yellow or whatever NG.

The black was a bit more sexier, but I like that way these glow when you go over them.

You know what would be an awesome april fool's joke. Redesign the site. Say it's the new design. That makes everyone think that's the april fool's day joke. Then BAM! It's the actual design all along! No one would expect it. Telling the truth! What a joke!

maybe Newgrounds should make color schemes and a user of NG can choose whichever color scheme that he/she prefers.

Yes, the current one looks much better.

It's scary how many people prefer trend-whored designs over original ones. Stamper should download those horrible brushes and make the header look like an "abstract sig", and maybe add a little lens flare too.
