You need to experiment with filters more. They aren't as good as your gradients. They also require higher image quality to look neat.

ok, oh and the reason the pic quality is crap is cus when i exported the pic the neon and text dissapeard so i had to take a screenshot and import it to paint :s

You got lazy with the hood gradients. Also has too many lines. Also you can export the screenshot from Flash aswell. :P

heres how it happened subaru- sorry ivaanhousan it started when subarufreak started writing shit about king-ben on ng when they were "friends" so king-ben said 'fuck you shane' and subarufreak decided to become a spammer, he went around everywhere trying to annoy king-ben, and failing miserably, then he wondered why everyone hated his spam, and went into denial about king-bens tracing skills, and thats about it. so you see, subarufreak is a mong, lol the trace he did made the car look like some kind of joke. :)

You just keep changing the colours? Why dont you re-colour it all in shades of grey and then make everything movie clips... Then you can change the colour etc with ease and stop posting up the same image with different colours?
