Im not 100% on the whole pivot cartoons in the portal, but as for free cartoion makers the best is flash.

But this doesnt fit in with your other criteria.

I doubt you will find any good, high quality cartoon makers free of the web.

yeah flash..... if you can get the code of a hacksite that will give you those codes you can have flash for free
or i know another way.. its perfectly good and the only thing you need to do is download the trail and change 1 docu name and voila its yours forever =) (pm me for the name of the doc and the name it has to be changed in)"

I really dont suggest anyone tries any of this.

Its completely illegal, and you could be a) forced to pay the full price b) banned from downloading programs from that company or c) deaslt with by the police.

Yes, unfortuanately it does have to be flash and i want to post my pivot fights and stuff up here to but we just gotta do it in flash instead i'm afraid.
