Read the below cartoon, and give your comments. I think it actually makes a very good point.
Here's the link to the picture if you can't read it.

That inferrs logic onto faith though. Logic denies faith, so the cartoon is invalid.

Odds are we're being digested inside the organ of some other gargantuan being, which is being digested and/or recycled by some other uber-gargantuan being, which . . .
... or we really are the top of the line and the free will we so dearly hold is the worldly manifestation of God, untouchable and unsallied even by our own means.
.. or is the rabbit hole really just an airshaft?

God cannot be an atheist. If he was, the he would believe there was no God, which would mean that he didn't know he wasn't God, which would mean that he wasn't a god at all.
The cartoon only works if you operate under the strict assumption that anything other than faith in the existence of God is atheism. Obviously, God would know that there was a God, himself. If you consider someone who knows that there is a God as an atheist, rather than just believes in God, then and only then can the term 'atheist' apply.
The paradox presented relies on a very strict and inapt definition of "atheist". Under the same definition as used in this cartoon, people that die having faith in God, non-atheists, would suddenly become atheists on confirmation that there is a God when they arrive in Heaven, which is nonsensical.

It does not indicate that logic denies faith, it states very simply, that god knows everything.
So god doesn't have to have Faith, If he knows everything.
But on another note what about gods mom & dad... are they busy being the supreme beings of their own universes.
God is an ATHEIST, I love this.
You can almost hear the various religious leaders brains trying to put a controling spin on this.
LMAO
Those who have only the religious opinions of others in their head & worship them. Have no room for their own thoughts & no room to contemplate anyone elses ideas either-More

Would anyone disagree that a teacher is a person that teaches only any people that do not teach themselves?

He created us, either directly or indirectly (each has deep consequences). We have free will, if only in the fact that you aren't God, and can't prove otherwise, no matter how hard you try. We have free will.
He has to have Faith in our free will, or else we wouldn't even be around to grace His presence.

Following that logic, there is NO God.
God is all knowing => God can't have faith => No belief in a "higher being" => existence ceases
But obviously there IS existence, so, therefore, there must be NO god. Follow?
Unless God isn't "all knowing", in which case we arive at the conclusion that there is no God again.
I'm now a confirmed Atheist.

But would I be a good messiah with my low self-esteem?
If I don’t believe in myself would that be blasphemy?
Just sport some crummy holier than thou facade
Yeah that’s what I would do if I were god
God would believe in himself and acknowledge "himself" as the ultimate bad ass. Just like when you know that you're the best at something or whatnot.

im sorry since when did believing in a higher power have any effect on the universe? its simple God belives in himself or else he would be a hypocrite and there would be mass evil everywhere and we would cease to exist. GOD DOESNT NEED TO AGKNOWLEGE HIMSELF AS BEING GOD TO RUN THE UNIVERSE. WHY DO YOU THINK JESUS WAS SENT??? DEE DEE DEE

You're absolutely right. As you said, faith has nothing to do with acknowledgement of a higher power. If it could be definitively proven that God exists, then would that make everyone an atheist? Of course not, because, simply by the meaning of the roots in the word, atheist simply means that you don't believe that a God exists, therefore, how would God not believe He exists? If God exist, He would know, without a doubt, that He exists, making it impossible for Him to be atheist.
I bet the cartoonist thought he was really clever, which is kind of sad, since it's really a ridiculous argument that's self-defeating.
Think you're pretty clever...

Faith and belief are different things.
On the other hand, I think this comic strip might be one of those "jokes" or something.

Ha exactly. So what the comic is saying is that god doesn't exist.. therefore explaining the white void at the last panel.

i honestly don't see why God being an atheist matters. God does not need to believe because He is perfect and knows all. Hes not the one praying to be saved, Hes raining the fucking lightning bolts down.
