To make something move in a 360* circle ~
- 1) Select whatever it is, and on it's keyframe, make it a motion tween (right click / create motion tween)
- 2) Click the Keyframe, and open up the properties panel, then change the movement to 'clockwise' or anti.
- 3) Insert a keyframe on the timeline of how long you want the rotation to last.

If you test it, your graphic with move in a 360* circle, but it will stay in the same position & just rotate.

To make it physically move, this is where you could use a motion guide.
- 1) Click 'Add motion guide'(next ot the new layer button below the layers panel)
- 2) draw a circle on this new layer using the circle shape tool.
- 3) Create the layer that is to be guided into a motion tween.
- 4) Add keyframes to it's timeline moving it around the circle.

There's another way too, you could do the 'rotate 360*' above method, but move it's pivot point (that little circle that is in the centre of a MC/graph).
