heres an example...

this picture was done quite a while ago when i first started out drawing in photoshop

i used the same tools as i do today with all my pictures. brushes burn and dodge

and this is me now just spending 10 mins editing it...all i used was burn,dodge, colour balance and some layer overlay effects

I knew all these features back when i originally did the picture, its just that experience through practice has given me a better understanding of these things and a better eye for colour and contrast etc

hey do you do rough sketches first, or go straight to painting?

i sometimes do a faint outline then paint, but i always delete my outline layer shortly after I get the main base colour down, I did just go and look for one but I havent got any to show :S

my sketches probably look like yours but with a thinner brush, and not so many sketch lines inside the outline

You could make a lot of money for your drawings, I hope you're doing photoshop for a living or a partime job because you're extremely talented.

nice orc, the character i currently play on is an orc warrior (level 21). what does burn and dodge do?

burn saturates and darkens pixels, while dodge does the opposite.

they have the option not to saturate tho

Thanks... im good at drawing, not so much at painting. Ill work on it, hopefully ill get better.

And i have a suggestion just a very small one. One the picture of the Nazi the symbol on his belt is backwards. it is supposed to go in the other drection but your artwork man is amazing and you do have some of the best work on newgrounds.

And yes, the dodge, burn tools are awesome. But I can't seem to get it to work with me :p
