I've payed hundreds of dollars for my videogames, so I'm pretty sure I'd have a legal case on him if he did that.

What you really need to do is this. Contact a counselor at school or something. Then you need to set up an intervention, and if this does not work, call social services and get him some help. It doesn't seem like this guy is nice, and he is an alchoholic. Or, provoke him, get him to hurt you, then call social services on him and get him taken away. He deserves it.

If it has'nt been taken away get the right bag and take them in (you might have to wash them) unless he put his beer cans and condoms in the bag as well.
