I don't know about Virginia but in Georgia state schools are free for in state students if you have a 3.0 GPA and maintain it all 4 years. I mean some of my friends with shitty parents just cut off contanct, went college, and now are doing fine.

So a plan of action? turn 18, go to college, get a life, move on. It's only 3 years. Not that long in the grand scheme of things. Good luck.
