My fucking dad just came back from sitting on his lazy playing Internet cards all day , to sit his lazy ass in his chair to watch some T.V. (By the way he hasn't had a job for 5 years, not because he can't get one, but because he is a lazy fuck)

Anyways my brother had thrown all our super Nintendo and X-box games around the T.V. at which he was playing them. He didn't clean them up, and so my dad comes down and says:

"I've told you before if your games are on the floor, I'm throwing them away"

"Alright dad, I'll do it in a second, let me finish something up."

"OK"

He walked away and came back with a huge trash can. And unnecessarily hard starts throwing games into the trashcan. Once his done with he picks up the consoles and being a fucking shit plays basket ball with them and tosses them in the trash.

I didn't say anything, or act pissed because I know if I told him I'm pissed off, that basically means he won.

Now, he is drinking his, what would be my guess about 6th beer for today and laughing madly at David Letterman.

I swear to god, none of this has been exaggerated or made up. I fucking hate my dad.

Will it make you feel better if I put a tarantula in his next beer can?

I swear to god, if he did that with all my games and consoles, he wouldn't live to tell the tale. Specially how fucking expensive it'd all cost.

hmm, that happened to my dark monster based yu-gi-oh deck that was mostly compiled of secret rare cards, which would probably have a resale value of $4,000.

I played with them with my friends during a sleepover party, but didn't pick them up, so they got tossed in the trash can. :'(

And seriously, is your father, by any chance, an alcoholic? You could use that against him. Also I recommend that you seek help if he is.

Seconded, but it would problably be my mom, since my dad bought all my consoles and games, and all that bitch does is complain about EVERYTHING.

Yeah, your dad's a prick. But letting him know you're angry isn't a sign of weakness. Besides, as much as I feel for you, and as much as I hate to say it, coming here to complain about it won't bring the games back. :( All you can do is talk to your mother about it (if you still have one... you didn't say) and explain to her calmly and rationally that your dad is a dickweed who obviously has no appreciation for the value of purchased items, and if he were at least half of a human being, he would have at least donated them to a charity or something instead of tossing them in the trash like a selfish, lazy bastard.

That might bring her over to your side, but again, it won't bring the games back. *sigh*same here, like my dad bought CS:S for me.But my PC was really fucked up so when we tried to install, it wouldn't load because we didnt have enough memory, so he got a memory chip from HIS PC and installed it in mine.And then he bought a graphics card, and so it worked perfectly for 2 weeks, but then it would keep on crashing so we reinstalled it.

I was really pissed it took so long, but my dad stood up 2 nights installing it, greatly appreciated :)

But when the school year started(CS:S was installed during summer break)she kept complaining about me playing to much and so she made two accounts for my PC, a limited account which is useless(internet access still there though)and a adminastrator password protected account, she would log me on during weekends so I could play CS:S.

My brother and him got in a fight once, the cops were called and did his best to lie his way out of it. The cops knew he was lying and asked my mom if she wanted him taking to Jail, she said no, mainly because she is the largest pushover you will ever meet.

Thats how it would usually start, then it ends up with me going to bed early, my dad screaming with slurred speech, spitting everywhere, and my mom crying.
