Heh, hey guys :) Haven't formally introduced myself to the art crowd, I've spent my entire BBS career on the flash forum.

So yeah, brief introduction, I'm an aspiring animator, 16, and eh, well more will probably come of me in the process of conversation :p

Anyways, the first thing I did tonight took about an hour, I did it mainly waiting for 24 to start and during it. It's just a concept sketch of futuristic riot gear, I'm trying to personify my alias. Anyways, hopefully you can expect more from me :)

I'll take questions too if they're within reason, but I'm far from a professional.

ur riot gears nice lol

interesting back ground colour : D i might tone it down a little if its just concept art...dont ask me why but everything looks good on washed out grey/brown/green backgrounds... thats what professionals use : ) but as u said ur far from one so use the yellow its all good /cheer

Also, while I'm at it, might as well post some of my pixel work.

These are not 'custom' sprites, they're original. And unfortuantly, old, because I've been head deep in flash and cg painting. They're mostly a year old(the spartan is pre 300 hype)

Anyways basically, you're looking at a samurai android, a strawberry, a tank, a top down car, a spartan, some faces for a pixel comic I was going to make, and an incomplete spike from bebop sprite.

I've been thinking about maybe pixeling again, doing some NG flare. Tankmen pixelated could be rather entertaining, with your blessing of course Jeff :p

Thanks. Well basically, you'd sorta have to have seen Reservoir Dogs to get the joke. It was one of the films most violent scenes, where the guy in the tux cuts off the cops ear and sings into it. I took another take, so rather then the ear getting cut off, the ducttape gets cut off and instead of violence they kiss. It's basically just suposed to be situational irony.

Well, I've never tried the Forza painting thing but I hear it's crazy hard. Yours looks really good. I'm looking forward to seeing the final.
