Is there any service that would allow me to send pictures and videos from my cell phone to my computer without needing email or bluetooth enabled on my phone? Is there any number I could send it to?

Yes you send a picture msg to someone who has email capabilities on their phone. Then get them email you the picture. That's what i'd do

Depending what kind of phone you have. There might be a cable that you can hook to your phone to your computer (Usasly if you have a phone with a mini usb port.)
