Jesus did not invent baptism, baptisms were practiced years before he was born.
You don't need to look in the bible, it's common knowledge.

Take it up with the priest when you get confirmed, I'm sure he'd love to argue with you about THE BIBLE.

You don't know what you're talking about.
And neither do you...John couldn't have been 30 years older than Jesus. Mary was 16 when she had Jesus, and shortly before she concieved, she visited her cousin Elizabeth(then pregnant with John) who recited to her what is now known as St. Mary's Prayer. If what you say is true, Mary wouldn't have been alive to visit Elizabeth when she was pregnant with John. If you don't believe me, check Luke 1:5-80.

Just a shot in the dark here...seems like nearly everyone here has been confirmed or were at least confronted with the choice...do other denominations other than catholicism have confirmation as well? Or is it just one big coincidence that we're all catholic?
There I go. I've gone and confused myself again.

Cristianity is the more prominant religion so ya... there are a lot of us out there, and one day... we will start a revolution against everyone else(death) led by the re-born christ, then we are all going to commit scuicide and go to he... er, heaven... yes, heaven...
There I go. I've gone and confused myself again.
we all do that from time to time
