The Wii is still way to hard to get.

Nintendo should stop manufacturing the old Horizontal-GBA model to divert more manufacturers to creating Wii's. There is no need for them to still be making 3 different versions of the same console.

And let me back that up. $600 bucks. No guarentee on the backwards compatabilities. No rumble feature. Less than stellar games (at this point). The controller has problems. The system of downloading through the PS3 is a joke. Out of the 3 next-gen consoles, they are in last place in unit selling. And despite all these problems, Sony goes and tells everyone that they are doing "just fine".

Okay, the price for the Nintendo wii is $279.99. That's a great price for a new console.
But if you want to buy one decent new game, that will cost you $59.99.
Wii point card = $24.99

One wii mote controller costs $44.99
One nunchuck costs $24.99.

Yeah, I'm not going to pay over $70+ for a pair of joysticks.
The wii charger costs $29.99.

All of that stuff together is +500.
If you want to be remotely satisfied with your wii, you will have to pay $700+ in the long run.

More people bought the ps2 for the holidays I should have the slimline one looks good and theres still lots of games to be played (by me). I regret buying the Wii I barely play it I am on the psp more often.

That's because it's expensive. There are going to be alot of anticipated games coming
out in the next year for the PS3.

The sales will obviously sky-rocket when the prices drop.
GTA4, one of the most anticipated games in the past 6 years, and Home will be coming out soon, so that will boost Sony's chance up to being on #1.
