I'm deathly afraid of spiders. My room's in the basement of my house and I won't take a shit on the toilet down here because I'm afraid a spider's gonna come out of nowhere and start crawling up my leg or something (it's happened a couple times before; talk about being caught with your pants down =D).
I'm also afraid, even more so, of silverfish. They're these little bug things that have like 50 legs (it isn't worm-like, like a centipede or a millipede) and they move so fast. There's a bunch down here in the basement. I saw one in the shower that's down here about a week ago and I didn't shower for four days lol. Wikipedia article (I couldn't even look at that page. I caught one glimpse of the big picture of one and I freaked out.)
Also, I'm afraid of sharks. I used to have this recurring nightmare where I'm surfing (why I'm surfing I have no idea, I don't even live near a beach) and I go to catch a wave and I see a huge silhouette of a great white shark and then I get eaten by it. Freaky o_0
One time, I was doing this thing, and then some dude walked by, and then some other stuff happened, and then I saw a bird.
