Why crappy flashes pass judgement?

I don't know what's happening to the portal lately(this isn't my primary account,my other one was banned from forums for a few days for a stupid reason),lots of idiot flashs pass judgement with a score of 2.00/5.00,you will say me it's mass voting,but it's not,i submitted 4 flashs with the same style as those flash,they all got blammed with a score of 0.80,that's how i return to the fact that shitty flashs got a score of 2.00/5.00,mass voting is impossible,that is the fact,i smell ip hacking,don't you?
