and that is one of the many things that distinguishes you as the best artist here.

as for the haze effect...if u drew the head on a separate layer just do a white inner glow and change the settings so its large with lowish opacity....if its all on one layer just make a new layer - select a large soft brush - make white as your colour - draw round the edge of your head - change opacity of this new layer.

actually it`s still the same as the old one..it`s just i cut this from the bigger and high-res pic.. so the eyes are more detailed....

one thing I will point out though, the tone of the skin isnt very consistant, it looks like you have stoner eyes :P

you can always try a replace colour thingy image ---> adjustment --> replace colour

use the colouir picker to select the colour around the eyes and turn down the "fuzziness" so that only the colours around the eyes are selected ( or try and get it close enough) then use the hue saturation and lightness sliders to lighten the colour up a bit...if the selection seems a bit confinedm just increase the fuzziness and more pixels around the eye and then the whole face will be selected.....you will notice aswell in the preview that the white pixels will be altered the most being that they are the closet match to the colour you just picked and the greyish pixels will take on subtle changes.

im seeing the one with your eye and space in the background.....if you changed it it should have updated straight away

Refresh the image or clear out your cache. The new one is at the exact same web address so unless you refresh the image you will keep seing the old one.
