Flash Teams are pissing me off!

I quote a post (by me) from a thread where a user with no experience tries to start up a flash team/gets people to do pretty much all the work for them. These threads are driving me insane and here's my idea of what should be done about it.

The signing up teams should also be considered under the collaboration rules on the NG forums. You should have a BA higher than 3 (or even 4) and should have significant amounts of flash experience published on newgrounds with some daily awards backing them up.

Now, I know I personally don't have any flash published on newgrounds (because im a slack bastard... sue me) but the mods and others should really start acting on those threads and consider them to be included with the collaboration rule or with more requirements.

Umm... you can't talk because you dont have any flash in the portal... and why should the mods interfere, if its really badly done then yes, but if people do help the guy, why not let them?

I can see where you're coming from. A while ago collabs were banned here unless they were run by someone with B+ BA because we were flooded with collabs that didnt go anywhere and were run badly by people that didnt know what they were doing. Your suggestion is that we put the same restriction onto crews because they too go nowhere and are run badly by people that dont know what they're doing.
I agree with you but I dont think the situation is as bad as it was for collabs. Also they dont hang around as long as the collab threads did.
I dont think we really need to put a restriction on them because they pretty much kill themselves but if it does get worse then I guess it might be necessary, that is up to mods n admins etc though.

Also, to people judging this person's ideas by his lack of flash, grow up. Just because he hasn't created any flash does not mean he cannot have opinions on it. At least he has not tried to fall back on other peopls hard work.

And to the guy that judged him by his level...seriously..wtf is wrong with you, what's level got to do with anything? It's a cliche, but let me remind you of Luis' level, huh?

Well, the only people that join nooby flash teams are noobs. So, even if the thread gets 15 noobs volunteering, none of them know what they're doing so nothing gets made. Thus a waste of a thread. But, lets not forget that people get to know each other from it and can then learn together. One person learns something, they can teach another, and then get better.
Yes, I don't like all the flash team threads, but try to see the good instead of the bad.

Also, your username is a jt-studios, I really doubt that you run your own studio.
