Well not to toot my own horn, Canada seems to be the most balanced of countrys. Then theres all the scandinavian countrys, most of them have very liberal laws and strong economies. Then id say japan for their all around effiency. Lasr but not least Australia, wich would be alot higher on my list if they didnt air those racist anti-terrorism ads. Well thats about it(note that the U.S. isnt anywere near this list)

I haven't been to any foreign countries other than Canada, so it might not be fair for me to participate in this discussion. However, I've never had any problems in Canada. I always feel extremely safe there. What makes the crime rate so low?

Best at what? Every country is the best at something else. I don't think their is an over all. Like Nepal has the best mountanieers. And Sweden has the best clocks. And Kenya has great runners. And China has the most manfactured products. While America has the best Movies. And Austrailia gives them some great actors. And people living closest to the equator have the lowest rape victims. While eskimos have the highest percent in their population. Ok those last couple aren't countries but still.
