When you send a PM, it will definetly send. It doesn't sometimes not send, it will go to the exact place you say everytime. The only reason it wouldn't, would be because the recipitent has blocked you - it tells you if they have when you try to send, so no worrys.

Well, you have to send the tiles back, which costs money. The amount varies depending on where you are sending from.

Oh since people are starting to recieve theirs i need to mention this...

The hard illustration board is what you are drawing on.. NOT the manila scrap paper its wrapped in... trust me, last year there was someone that didnt draw on the drawing paper but on the cardboard panel sent to keep it from bending... whats more mysterious is that the piece of cardboard had logos and shit that it was ripped from and the person still thought he was supposed to draw on that and not on the paper.
