I'm a huge southpark fan and in the past its filled my head with sick thoughts of joy.
But what of its future will it die of joke's starvation? You tell me cuz i really don't know.

Weither you like it or not, it still will be there the next day, and the next day, and the next...

I think they have a contract until season 12.
It might die then, or go for a couple more.

I think 15 seasons plus another movie would be a pretty neat way to go.

I can't wait for the New episodes in a couple weeks!

It won't, it just takes current events in the news and makes fun of them, and current events will be around forever.

Well, it might end if Trey and Matt quit, or die.

In response to your call of distress... we're the best.

As long as there is conflict and politics there will be parodies to counter them in Southpark.Politics and world conflict fuels the show.I'm also an avid fan of the show btw.

That is true and untrue, knowing Matt and Tre, they will probably want to go out with a bang and have something that gets it cancelled.

Write a letter to Comedy Central.

South Park is the only funny thing on Comedy Central, they can't afford to lose them. If they do their ratings will drop faster then Steve Irwin in a tank full of Sting Ray's.

South park is one of the main shows on T.V, nothing can stop it. If it was cancelled there would be riots.

Well in Baskeetball they did French kiss each other, but l believe that's due to their fucked up minds, not homosexuality.

This reply goes to this specific quote and all who agree with it.

It's not necessarily about whether or not they'll have things to make episodes about, but whether or not it will still entertain the audience. You can only make fun of the news the same way for so long. Even if something new will always happen, their way of making fun of it will get stale eventually, if it already hasn't. They have to find new ways to entertain us or they'll lose ratings and be forced to do something else.

As an addendum to that, however, I doubt they will ever lose enough people to be forced off the air. Too many people, myself included, watch it as a ritual. Even though I don't laugh that often, I still catch episodes at least twice a week. It's just become a habit, I guess.

Count the bodies like sheep to the rhythm of the war drum...

As far as I'm concerned, South Park's already dead, and it has been ever since it started making all its episodes unfunny parodies of current events that have already been insulted to oblivion.

It is you who the South Park creators project their messages to. They feed off hate which makes me love them almost as much as l love yodd.

The difference is though, South Park is still funny, because they are less of a family show. South Park can do alot of stuff that the Simpsons can't, and that allows them to make fun of current events alot better.

The Simpsons started sucking 3 years ago. The new writers are fucking awful.

Yay, Obama won. Let's thank his supporters:
-The compliant mainstream media for their pro-Obama propaganda.
-Black Panthers for their intimidation of voters.
