My friends mom is in the hospital for a heart attack. Is a heart attack fatal? and if so please, best of wishes from the users?

Although I have no medical training, experience, or education, I have heard of people being able to survive a heart attack. If she takes care of her body afterward, she should be able to live a lot longer. =)

ooo come on my grandpa had 3 heart attacks and his heart removed for a few minutes and now has a memory thing... you cant beat that

Heart attacks can be fatal, but not in most situations. I would assume it would be slightly more deadly if she has high blood pressure.
