Now it doesn't matter if you are male or female, all points of view are welcome here. It's funny to me how dating gets less and less stressful as you get older, or maybe it doesn't. But still, I'm wondering what goes through your mind during date. It can be almost like an endless maze with no way out...in short it can be HELL.
So there are still questions that can't be answered right away, or can they?
Why don't women ask guys out more often, it ever?
Is it customary for a guy tp pay for the wpman on a date, or can they go "dutch?"
Should you date someone who doesn't have a car? And if they do, should you still pick them up from their house or just "meet" them somewhere?
Where should you go/what should you do on a date?
What should you talk about?
And probably the MOST PERPLEXING, INFURIATING QUESTION is "SHOULD YOU EXPECT A KISS AFTER THEDATE IS OVER, and HOW DO YOU KNOW?"
This topic may be funny, as we will no doubt have both experts and amateurs tellin' it like it is. But in any event, feel free to voice your opinion.

The best thing you can do is dinner and a movie. It's casual and romantic if you play your cards right. Either take her to a horror movie or a comedy. This works especially well because horror movies get her scared and you can act all strong and manly about it, even if you are scared sh*tless. The dinner afterwards allows you a chance to talk to the girl. Get to know her a little better and brush her hair away from her face whenever you get the chance. Never expect a kiss on the first date. Don't go in for one either. If things go well on the date, she'll kiss you first. Good luck, pal.

On my first date with my gf, we went to cinema but we met us in front of the hotel where I lived for a few days with my mum(she doesn't live in the same town like me) We went to the cinema, poor movie, we didn't assign for a film so we had to watch crap but that didn't matter. Holding hands, then after a while I laid my arm around her(that was hard :)) and we watched the rest. After the movie we had a walk together and then she had to go. We didn't kiss us at that time.
And we payed fifty-fifty, she doesn't like it when I want to play the whole thing.

Well, you can never fail with a good movie, I know that. As for the kiss thing, you always know when the moment is right for a kiss (or as I put it "wait for her to make the move first"). Well, at least that's how I did it.
Oh yeah, and apparently, girls LOVE to dance (except the real shy ones), so learn how to dance.

girls are confusing, sometimes they want the guy to make all the moves, you can usually tell by how she acts tho.

Well, I'm no Lord of the Dance myself, but if you can do that slow dance thing where you get behind them and do that slow bump and grind stuff, they'll turn to JELLY! Plus, it's a relatively easy dance to do. I got it down the MOMENT I first tried it.

Because society has grown accustomed to the idea that the men should chase the women, not vice-versa. Besides, men as a whole are more interested in sex than women, when was the last time you heard about a girl beating off in public? Never. When was the last time a guy beat off in public?
Can you say Pee Wee Herman.......
Is it customary for a guy tp pay for the woman on a date, or can they go "dutch?"
Usually I pay for the whole date, but I either make sure i have the cash FIRST, or I grill my dad for money. Either way works, unless he's pissed off.
The only time when I dont pay for the whole date is when the girl insists, I know from experience girls dont like it when you act omnipotent.
Should you date someone who doesn't have a car? And if they do, should you still pick them up from their house or just "meet" them somewhere?
I don't have a car, neither does my current gf. I meet her somewhere, but usually Ill get there first.
Where should you go/what should you do on a date?
There's the movies......dinner at a nice place, dinner at a casual place, dinner at a place so cheap you have to look up to see the menu, there's bowling, theres the arcade, (only if your gal is into games) the park..................
What should you talk about?
I like to bring up stuff about school or friends, I like listening to what my girl has to say, unlike most guys who are all about whats between a girl's legs, not what's in her head.
And probably the MOST PERPLEXING, INFURIATING QUESTION is "SHOULD YOU EXPECT A KISS AFTER THEDATE IS OVER, and HOW DO YOU KNOW?"
Usually a guy can tell if he's had a good date or not, it's all in the signals the girl sends. (HINT: if you cant tell, youre a dumbass.)

It can, if you're with the wrong person. If it's a little uncomfortable then you know that either it the person needs a little time to open up or it wasn't meant to be. Or something like that..
So there are still questions that can't be answered right away, or can they?
Um.. yes?
Why don't women ask guys out more often, it ever?
In my experience, if a girl asks out a guy the girl is considered slutty. As a joke today, I started asking out random guys at my school just to see what they would say. Some guys lookes at me in horror, wondering why a girl would be desperate enough to ask out a guy and some looked at me as if I was an angel sent from heaven out to take their viginity. Either way I have 5 boyfriends right now lol.
Is it customary for a guy tp pay for the wpman on a date, or can they go "dutch?"
I'd rather go dutch. But if the guy INSISTS, then eh why not. Pay for my dinner.
Should you date someone who doesn't have a car? And if they do, should you still pick them up from their house or just "meet" them somewhere?
I say meet them somewhere.. especially when you have a mom like mine.
Where should you go/what should you do on a date?
Movies is always a good place to start.
What should you talk about?
Anything. Music is always a good starter. Hopefully, the other person will have the same tastes.
And probably the MOST PERPLEXING, INFURIATING QUESTION is "SHOULD YOU EXPECT A KISS AFTER THEDATE IS OVER, and HOW DO YOU KNOW?"
It depends. If you go out with a really shy girl, don't expect one. If you go out with a whore-y one, expect a kiss on more than one place.

I'm not really sure if this is relevant or not but after school tomorrow, I'm gonna be hanging out with That Girl I Like while she's doing some volunteer work down at some Youth Week festival. She actually asked me if I wanted to come so that's always good. I'm not going into the full story about what happened over the past three days but she's been acting really nice to me lately. She practically jumped on me for a hug today and she normally never hugs anyone. She's so sweet. But the whole Youth Week thing isn't really a date. We're just hanging out down there as friends. But with all that's been going on lately, who knows?

i think that the perfect date would be for me to pick someone up, take them to a dingy motel, beat them on the head with a shoe, and steal their kidneys and leave them dying in the bathtub. Then SELL their kidneys on the black market and go to school for another year debt free!!:)
