Cellerdoor we all know that you love your country. Seriously we get it.
But do you really have to sit there at home on your computer with your flag flapping outside in the wind, telling us random facts that are so miniscule in importance and are just so obscure and pointless you really have to wonder why/how you know all of them? I mean, you come on here and act like a dick to anyone who has a different opinion then you on a certian politcal or militaristic issue just too prove your country is the greatest when in reality people like you are exactly what people around the world hate about Americans. You feel that it is your responsibility to inform us that our countries military is inferior or that your countries inflation rate is actually lower the Barbra Bush's saggy tits when in reality people were just trying to discuss a certian issue in a calm and non-judgemental enviroment.
If it really makes you feel better knowing that you live in what you and your pointless statistics think is the greatest country in the world, thats fine. But we don't need to hear about it in every post you make. So yes, go ahead, start writing up that essay long reply but just remember, no matter how many numbers you throw in there, no matter how many times you point out a typo I made, no matter how many times you tell me that my country is the shitty little run down shack that sits next to the great solid gold mansion that is the US...
You will always be a dick..

k...
But do you really have to sit there at home on your computer with your flag flapping outside in the wind
I actually don't own an American flag right now, I haven't since I moved out of my parents house.
telling us random facts that are so miniscule in importance and are just so obscure and pointless you really have to wonder why/how you know all of them?
I find it funny how you believe that the facts are pointless. What's pointless is mindless anti-Americans making misguided jabs at America without having ANY facts.
I think that using facts to disprove a hypocritical, out-of-context insult or political jab by someone against America is entirely relevant and useful. The only reason I get alot of attention for it is because people are so used to hearing anti-American crap, that when they hear the actual truth, they automatically consider it to be biased and confrontational because they have no clear point of reference.
I mean, you come on here and act like a dick to anyone who has a different opinion then you on a certian politcal or militaristic issue just too prove your country is the greatest when in reality people like you are exactly what people around the world hate about Americans.
First of all, i don't really care if people hate Americans or not. People have their views from the beginning and what one single American says won't sway that. I believe that the REAL reason most people hate Americans is due jealousy, intimidation, and pure ignorance. It's funny how people consider an outrageously anti-American psycho to be normal, but then when someone simply comes in to defend their country and prove the anti-American lies wrong, this American is automatically accused of being arrogant and causing hatred towards Americans...
I'm sure I'd inspire less resentment if I just laid down and allowed people to spread their lies and propaganda unchecked. People tend not to get angry if they can stay in their ignorant comfort zone and maintain their irrational bias against the US without opposition...
But it's more entertaining for me to meticulously disprove them and watch what desperate measures they resort to in order to salvage their misguided views.
You feel that it is your responsibility to inform us that our countries military is inferior or that your countries inflation rate is actually lower the Barbra Bush's saggy tits when in reality people were just trying to discuss a certian issue in a calm and non-judgemental enviroment.
Um... I don't just bring up military an economic matters if it isn't warranted. I tend to do this once someone else exploited the situation or topic to spew out a bunch of lies. I can't tolerate that crap so I tend to throw out a few compelling sources now and then. Of course these people are going to get angry when their silly, ignorant, biased nonsense get shredded before their eyes.
So this leads to getting negative attention, which i don't really mind at all. I don't seek negative attention, but I don't really care if people on Newgrounds hate me, as long as they get a little enlightenment I believe my mission is accomplished.
Because the next time they think about saying "lol Americans are the fattest", or "Americans are the dumbest" they will remember the time when I proved this wrong, and revealed that their country is actually worse. And I consider that mission accomplished.
If it really makes you feel better knowing that you live in what you and your pointless statistics think is the greatest country in the world, thats fine. But we don't need to hear about it in every post you make.
I'd say that maybe 30% of my posts are even political in nature. I don't bring it up in every post I make.
I'm sorry you feel that way. But I don't think I am a dick. I just think people get defensive and angry when their biases and misconceptions get obliterated.
But think about this: In the meantime, the countless anti-Americans who I have owned in debates aren't considered dicks... because hey, what they say is cool right? They will go to great lengths to bash America every post they make and I don't see anyone complaining about them. You know why that is? People have NO point of reference, people are so used to the anti-American crap that it is considered normal, and anything that is on the other side of the issue draws all of the attention.
Can you say double-standard?

Oh and da-pope.
You think its bad that I defend America all the time, but that is coming from YOU who has made numerous threads devoted entirely to bashing Americans. To name a few:
"Words Americans Can't Say Properly"
"Americans: You are Fucking Stupid"
"You Americans Are So Stupid"
Thats in addition to literally HUNDREDS of threads devoted entirely to bashing Americans by numerous devoted America-bashing users. Not to mention a thread that was created specifically to show insurgent videos of Americans getting killed in Iraq in order to rub it in Americans' faces...
And then you have the audacity to suggest that an American DEFENDING his country is such a bad thing?
So how credible is YOUR opinion???
It's not credible at all, because you obviously have already made up your mind that you want to bash Americans, regardless of the truth. You already have your grudge distorting your perception of reality and you are comfortable living a perpetual lie. You have NO desire to be confused by any facts therefore when an American comes along and basically destroys your views, you have to go and create a thread to personally attack them individually to try and discredit them.
You epitomize the word "Hypocrite"

No. But when people do it in the narrowminded hypocrital moronic minded style you are doing it in, that is a bad thing. A very bad thing.
This too will pass.

Whats narrowminded and hypocritical about the FACTS? Step into the realm of reality. That is just what you have to say in order to perpetuate your view, you can't actually address the actual issue, you have to accuse me of being narrowminded.
Meanwhile, whats more narrowminded? Being stridently anti-American and continually repeating myths about America once it has been disproved isn't being narrow minded? Or using FACTS to disprove a myth made about your country?

Since when was "statistics" posted in a business magazine count as facts? Even though I clearly presented to you why those statistics could never be true no matter what, your narrow-mindedness kept you from accepting that maybe, just maybe, those comments weren't excactly true. A fact is a theory that can not disproven no matter what. I disproved it, making it more of a theory or a comment than a fact.
That, is narrow-mindedness. Finding a comment, displaying it as a fact and no matter what is thrown at you, you still name it as a fact.
This too will pass.

Statistics that were posted in an an UNBIASED Magazine (it was British after all) that were based on credible studies conducted in an academic environment. It was just just the Economist magazine itself posting its own studies, it was using widely accepted academic FACTS.
Even though I clearly presented to you why those statistics could never be true no matter what, your narrow-mindedness kept you from accepting that maybe, just maybe, those comments weren't excactly true.
Haha you think that your silly, biased little opinion and flawed reasoning can qeustion the validity of statistics that are used by in an official environment to document disparity between countries?
What IS true then? What IS fact? Where are you getting your information from? Hmm?
You're so desperate to cling on to your FALSE views of the world that you have start questioning THE FACTS and start questioning the validity of statistical information in the first place.
What then, I ask you, is reliable factual information?
You're obviously completely unaware of how statistics work. When you accumulate a statistical base, by using multiple samples, multiple times you can PROVE mathematically that the statistical conclusion you arrived at will have a certain small 2-3% possible field of error. That is how statistics work, they are mathematically sound within a SMALL tolerance.
And the statistics that were posted in the the Economist showed that the US was so vastly superior in some aspects that even if the statistics were as inaccurate as possible, the US would still have been vastly superior in those aspects.
Now you're starting to question our very understanding of mathematics in order to preserve your pathetic little bias.
A fact is a theory that can not disproven no matter what. I disproved it, making it more of a theory or a comment than a fact.
You didn't disprove anything, you just said "they might have like not surveyed like certain people so that its not 100% accurate."
OF course its never going to be 100% accurate, but statistics have to be mathematically proven to be within a small error ratio +/- 3% usually, sometimes smaller depending on the size of the control.
I wonder then, what possible source do YOU use to come to YOUR conclusions? If you consider that the academic, statistical and CREDIBLE sources that were provided aren't true "no matter what" then what can possibly be a more credible source???
That, is narrow-mindedness. Finding a comment, displaying it as a fact and no matter what is thrown at you, you still name it as a fact.
Haha you're so pathetic its hilarious. YOU are so narrow minded that YOU have to start questioning the very basis of statistical study in order to salvage your bias once YOUR views get disprove by FACTS.

As much as I love to see anger and flamewars, this should have been in a PM if it was righteous, da_pope.
Any further argument can be settled elsewhere.
P.S. Fyndir says you're all stupid dicks.
