Typical majority of the guys on here. Young teens like Dark Sk8er Grrl, here, and bash everyone else just to try to make themselves look better. If anything, those people should all get put on an island and blown up.

I had somewhat of a worse situation, DSG... I was walking on the road to suicide as well, but then I decided to try to take out my anger in a productive way, and I managed to make a flash music video out of it. Of course, I got flamed too for wanting to commit suicide by a bunch of hypocrites and uninformed dumbasses.

Just let it wait... and if your mother still doesn't let it go, or even worse, tries to put you up in all these groups to help you, just shout the truth in her face and that you are pretty much independent.

My parents are very underprotective of me too... I can't say I'd rather they were overprotective though... I enjoy my freedom. The whole thing has made me into a very independent person. I'm also a responsible person, I didn't misuse my freedom. There were times when I wished they complimented me more for all the good stuff I did, like getting A's in school and stuff, but I learned not to expect it... and I guess it's made me more humble. They focused more on all the bad stuff my brother did instead...
