Bleh my FPS speed is different. Ehh.
Ahh whatever.
I made my own pre-loader like some loser.
It's not near as good, but I wanna go on the independent route this year, rather than depending on others.
Nice preloader though. (:
its kinda part of the rules, besides thats how we can tell whether its for Pico day or not?
if you do alter it, it should have the proper links to the 2007 page and such.
as for the different frame rate,. 30fps gives you alot more leaway for any subtle animations. you may want.
If you are running on say 12fps all you would have to do is double up your keyframes and you would be running basicly at 15, which would give your animation a smoothness similar to video. You should also use half TV demensions like 423x243 pixels, or 360x270, both could be scaled up to broadcast quality,
which are NTSC Widescreen is 864x486 pixels, for NTSC 4:3 it's 720x540..
cause you never know, if maybe your piece could be put on a DVD or something in the future... not saying IT WILL.. but you never know, and if that ever happened at least your piece would be broadcast ready.
