This is great, me and my friends have been saying he steals jokes and stuff from the internet, I'm glad it's coming to light. Another funny thing is he had a fake green card and was pretending ned wasn't his real name.

I love it. Strange I haven't seen the vid or even heard about it before. Carlos is third rate comedian. Hate his guts.

I never did really like him, way to vulgar, even for me. Not to mention "his" jokes just seem to be the same thing over and over. Is it me or is the only word that Mencia could spit out was fuck?

Not to mention, he hardly ever let Carlos talk at all. Before he could finish or possibley even start, Joe would just yell at him some more.

Besides, judging from the video, I didn't see much stolen work at all. The jokes were only similar, not the same. Like the keeping mexicans from crossing the border-fence joke. I said something like that to a friend the day after I heard it on the news.

But then there's also one thing you have to realize. I could make up a joke right now and I bet that someone has said something similar, just like writing a book and being accused of stealing a few lines of material just because it's a similar conversation of about half a page.

Also about the fence joke, when that one guy did it, it was in 2004 before we did decide to attempt to build a wall. Whereas Carlos' joke was soley about the fence, and only a few words from the beginning of the joke were remotely similar.
