Song Title: LHM - ENDLESS HANDBAG ('98 NG)
bitch!!! you totally fuckin won with that!!!
That song is epic!!!!!
Damn I was hoping this would be a contest to make a new Pico theme tune :(
Oh well, I'll begin my searching soon, Pico needs a kick arse tune!

Hell yeah, it looks fucking awsome, don´t u think? :D
Seriously though, the "real" february contest was post-poned and will be launched at a better time. This contest is fairly easy to judge, felt like it had better timing (with the NG AP Radio just being featured on the frontpage and all).

noone know what next month will be, so just join this contest intead ^^
it´s simple, and u can win an NG tee! ^^
By the way, everyone who have been accepted as a judge should stay anonymous about that until the contest is done!

Oh, okay. I mean... oops.
Just kidding, I'm not really a judge... OR AM I? Nope.

shazz..... I don't know anything about Pico either... can I just copy other peoples choices? lol.
-= HELP WANTED =-
I'm still looking for a handful of reliable peeps.
The position currently offers no pay, lousy benefits, no retirement plan, nonexistant bonuses and commands very little, if any, respect. :D
If anyone is interested in acting as a judge for this contest PM me.
Don't post your request here.
For the rest of you,
Get to searching! Find as many good PICO theme candidates as you can!
Good luck and thank you

No, it's not for nothing. I'm maintaining a list of people who make fairly reliable judges - for future MAC's if you're names not on it then you might not be approved to be a judge. Being a judge isn't entirely without benefits - Last year the judges all got NG tees for the Christmas MAC - Oh yeah - and when people don't like the results then you get to catch hell for it - things like that. ;)
It's mainly a way for people who aren't competing to get involved.
This is, after all, a community.

how bout giving some contest where i can make some music for
this sux ass
I'm sorry that you feel that way but here's the run-down
This is the FIRST MAC where we haven't asked people to make music. We've run many successful MAC's in the past and every one of them has been what you are asking for. The next one's coming up are as well - this month is just a little warm-up to get people back into the MAC spirit as this is the first one of the year.
To be honest, we weren't even going to have a MAC this month at all but we felt that it's been a few months since the last one that we should at least do something. This will be a much easier and shorter contest and it DOES SERVE a purpose.
You might not understand right now but I can tell you that there are several future MAC's planned that are all tied together in some way. Right now you might not see any point to a PICO-music search but It WILL make sense down the road a ways.
It's easy to complain Dj-Svenzo but if you don't like this months theme, rules or anything else - then don't take part.
Besides - can you think of a cheaper easier way to get your very own copy of Alien Hominid or a brand-spanking new Newgrounds t-shirt and a pile of NG stickers?
Just think of all the sweet ass you'll get while you're out sporting your very own NG tee, riding your vespa with the tank logo on it... Women will worship you - Men will envy you - Tom will mail it to you!
Here's my submission!
A little short for an actual Pico flash, but a loop of it would work fine I suppose.

Yeah i see a few people are a lil dissapointed aout this MAC being not about MAKING audio, but FINDING audio.
The point of this is to gather up interest from non-audio creative people, people who enjoy listen to music but who ain´t creating anything themselves.
Also, like LJCoffee said, and I think I´ve mentioned a few posts ahead; This contest weren´t even supposed to happen, the real "feb. contest" got postponed a few months ahead for various reasons.

This would too.
I was really close in choosing that. I didn't know someone suggested it though.

Hmm, i wasnt sure on this one. But i think it fits
They are all by Xenogenocide. Check out all his audio, they are very Pico sounding to me. Brilliant overlooked audio artist, in my opinion. (The ones I linked are the ones I would like to submit for the contest)
The first link I posted seems the best one to me.
I'm your average Afro-American fetus. For example: I enjoy basketball, I'm rather good when I play too, but I'm much too busy scratching my horrific cracked skin these days.
Not quite sure why but I think it kind of has a Pico feel. Like background music or something.

Xenocide was cool, thanks for those links. I ended up going with his 'War Criminals' but woulda never found him without your links.
It's pretty funny to see that the audio portal really is the red headed step child of newgrounds. The first prize for the flash contest is 5 grand. The first prize for the audio contest is a t shirt and some stickers.

the prizes are smaller in this contest than the other audio contests... because you don't need to make anything this time
