Unfortunatly, because of the versions being used. All of you flash 8 folk can't use filters, or things that aren't compatible with flash 7 (2004) or problems will occur.

Concept
The idea is for each person to animate a part in which it shows a character dieing.

The main theme running throughout is that the cause of death is related to a letter of their choosing. In the end, there will hopefully be a scene of death for letters a through to z.
Each person may pick a letter, and will animate a death fitting of it.

The sooner you pick one, the easier the letter you can get. ;)

Rules
[+] 24 fps

[+] Canvas = 600x350

[+] Background colour as white.

[+] Name all symbols within your part with the initials / an abreivation of your name and an underscore. (For example AG_<symbol name>)

[+] Put your animation within a movie clip with the same name scheme.

[+] Sound effects are okay, just don't go OTT. There'll be a song, but I'd rather it be from the audio portal. GoreBastard is looking like a good choice, right now.

I appreciate some of these letters will be harder to do than others. That's why I chose V, to be helpfull. (:
Please don't be cheap and do 'x is for xplosions' that's just lame, why not x-ray exposure or something? Huh? Death by tumours?

This sounds intresting, Although I don't have any proof to show you skill, I would like permission to join, and take the letter "P" for Poison. I would also like to ask how long would the peice be?

Try to keep the clips fairly small, but not too small. So, not 1 minute animations. Try to keep the max time to 40 seconds. Mine only goes for 5-8 seconds, but it's effective.

You're right, it doesn't have to relate to something being blown up. Yeah you can have Clown. Or 'Clown murder'? (sounds cool :D)

Thank you Arthur and Penboy, the time limit is perfect, Yout piece is geat Arthur but the knife cuts through too smoothly, I know gore is not what we want but this is just too quick of of a wound. other than that great job!

I'm not sure, it wouldn't matter to me "P" is approximately in the middle, I think we should see the quality of the apocalyse, not that I'm denying anyone's possible talent but an apocalypse short may be easy to imagine but not so easy to execute, I personally though about doing something big, but it needs to be the perfect, which I'm not close enough to do, but if the animation can prove itself worthy of being the climax of the movie, sure why not?

Good Idea it's quite feasable, also I made a very sketchy, thing with my mouse (my tablet is out till either Friday or Tuesday) and Here it is , I'm thinking about adding what actually happens in his stomach. what do you think?

Thanks for the update Arthur, Can you please take a look at the thing I posted earlier, I want to know if that's the way to go, maybe give me some advice on what to add, or remove, the drawing sucks I know, I'm currently using my mouse. just if you want to know that thing in the beginning is a mouse drawn adams apple.

As for showing what's going on inside the stomach. I suggest a nice comic style pop-up box. that'll show like an internal. Then you could have 2 or 3 of different view points. For example, an internal of the body, but outside the stomach,

Yes I did, it's a bit of brushing, then I changes color balance, and lowered the cureve a bit and re-modified the color balance hope you like it :)

It's looking pretty good so far, though.

Yo, I made most of this for a different animation, but I sorta "ported" it over, and replaced a few things,and way, it seems to screw up the first time you watch it, so make sure to hit refresh and watch it a second time, it wont lag then

Well, here (you might have to watch it twice, again...) is the original piece, no technically, it's not used yet that collab has not been finished. Anyway, you can use it if you want, or not, but I'll probably not have time to make a new one. It's for the Random Burger Collab , I have a sneaking suspicion that that the random burger collab will never be finished...
