I was going to say eggs but that would just be stupid. I always liked grilled chicken and mushrooms in my omelettes.

heh well i like the egg mcmuffin and because due of the fact i had a cholesteral level of a whopping 200 i can't eat high cholesteral foods at much as i used to. so i can only eat 2 eggs once a week. so it sucks. i hope my new test will have a lower level so i can eat more:D

My test was 299 for cholesteral, the doc put me on lipitor, but did not say i could'nt eat eggs, i will scramble egg, fry them, poach them, stuff them, and i like mayo on them,
