It's a finnish name, not really that rare, though not in the top-10 ones you give your son (maybe because the first two syllables, ilma also means air, which can be used in certain context' the same way as 'gas' in english). But I'm still certainly positive it hovers above Mohammed in our statistics (Mohammed, though did just last year, was given as a name for a boy more often than Timo, a fairly popular finnish name. Timo had just dropped out of popularity, really)
