It's from a movie I think. It's where this guy is banging the top of his coffin from the inside, screaming "I'm not dead yet!"

I know that there's a line like it in the holy grail but I feel like this was in a drama like a gangster movie.

But... but... the body collecter is collecting the bodies... and one of them says "I'm not dead!" and they hit him on the head and he says "I'm still not dead!"

"He'll be dead in a few days."
"But I'm getting better!"

You're thinking of the Holy Grail - Scene 2

CUSTOMER: Here's one -- nine pence.
DEAD PERSON: I'm not dead!
MORTICIAN: What?
CUSTOMER: Nothing -- here's your nine pence.
DEAD PERSON: I'm not dead!
MORTICIAN: Here -- he says he's not dead!
CUSTOMER: Yes, he is.
DEAD PERSON: I'm not!
MORTICIAN: He isn't.
CUSTOMER: Well, he will be soon, he's very ill.
DEAD PERSON: I'm getting better!
CUSTOMER: No, you're not -- you'll be stone dead in a moment.

Something similar to that was said/done in "Scrooged" back in the 80s with Bill Murray.

Far away, across the field, the tolling of the iron bell
Calls the faithful to their knees, to hear the softly spoken magic spells.......
