what is you main army

Hey i started the hobby last year sometime and all my mates use newgrounds so i decided to take a look around for a WH40k club on newgrounds to bring those together :D

anyway I play Chaos and have about 2000pts. Im currently working on repainting them from black legion to a red colour scheme with varying shoulder pads for each squad.

Warhammer 40k collab! Hot Damn! (marks June 1st on calender)

Kinda cool that there's a Warhammer crew. My favorite race is Eldar. I don't play the tabletop but I have loads of the books and play Dawn of War.

i go down to my nearest gw on saturdayz and have 1000 points of eldar any painted models are painted awesomly im ordering some metal space marines to paint for a painting competion and will post picks after a paint them! i used to collect chaos but then i gave up on them and went to normal warhammerwhere i collected vampires then went back to 40k to collect eldar

Converted me a chaos lord out of my old chaos parts
he's holding a melta gun in 1 hand (stretching arm out)
and he has a possessed arm
he has a chaos knight head as they look really cool
he is slaanesh and has got a slaanesh banner coming out of his backpack

will do but first i need to go over him with a 33:33:33 coat of chaos black undercoat black and water
you do this because it is humid over in England and the spray doesn't dry properly

What spray are you using? Make sure it's the official citedal stuff becuase it works a hell of a lot better i used some other cheaper spray once and it was awful. Also try spray it bit closer or further away and sometimes (especially with bigger models) go back and do a second coat.

i used the citadal games workshop chaos black spray it happened before in GW and they said it was just cuz it was humid

I am too i made my chaos warrior lord wrong but havnt sprayed or painted him yet

sorry for the dp but i needed to tell u the reason i haven't got the pic of my chaos conversion is that it is the cabnit of my local gw cause of a painting competition i will hopefully get it photographed for tomorrow afternoon/evening

nice im going to start collecting marines now after my 1000 point eldar army which is now finished. it will all over cost my £126.
heres my army list:
Assualt marines, power fist, flamer = 135
Tactical, +5 men, metlagun, missile launcher = 175
Scouts, heavy bolter, camo cloaks = 100
Tactical, power fist = 115
Predator, heavy bolters = 85
Ironclad dreadnought, 2 heavy flamers = 150
Drop pod = 35
Chaplin, jump pack = 115
Rhino, extra armour = 50

This is my 1000 point army list here's it price wise:

£50 space marine set
Predator £25
Ironclad Dreadnought £25
Drop pod £18
Chaplin £8

so it is overall £126

O okay sounds awesome, i should be getting an ironclad dready (lol) on the 18th also i HATE metal models, i spent 2 hours modelling yesterday and i only gluded on two of the arms on my techmarine guy that i got with the thunderfire cannon and don't get me started on the cannon itself.

lol i hate metal models as well

With my two other friends total we have/had every army except chaos daemons in our collection.
Me personally:

-2.5k Dark Eldar
