Brookman does but he already has a deviantart
speaking of fiction here's something I found
As I always say, Kharn the Betrayer was pretty fun to be around, and contrary to popular belief he actually had a sense of humour as well. Probably the best example was in the middle of the campaign during a sweeping of an Imperial Guard command post, with Khorne Berserkers and our Red Rivers company marching directly into the defensive fire. The closer we got, the more apparent it became that the only thing holding the Guardsmen together was a grizzled looking Commissar in full uniform, one gun turned on us and another firing on any of his men who looked like running.
Kharn was at the tip of the assault, and so he got to the Commissar first, plucking the screaming officer up by the neck and holding him over his head.
Then, out of nowhere one of the other berserkers grabs the Commissar's legs and roars "MAKE A WISH!". Well, as you can imagine everyone on both sides forgets about the fight, and watches Kharn and this other Khorne worshipping marine just start pulling on this Commissar at both ends, the old man screaming out oaths and curses like you wouldn't believe! You could almost hear the sound of flesh tearing and bone snapping over the cheering.
Then, Kharn just let go. Totally not expecting it and pulling with all his might, the Khorne Berserker just falls backwards and starts tumbling with the near dead Commissar into a damaged hellhound, his armour grating off it and sparking!
Well, after the explosion we all turned back to Kharn, who had managed to keep a hold of the Commissar's fancy hat. Ol' Kharn put it on, and damned if it wasn't the funniest thing any of us had ever seen... till he turned to us and bellowed "I'M THE NEW COMMISSAR" at us.
They tell me five thousand traitor guardsmen died that day before someone could take that hat off him.
What a kidder!

Made a fanfic out of a battle report. Needless to say, I was slaughtered in just over three turns.
********************
Observer’s report
Planet: AQF/20175/B
Mineral report
Still outstanding
Overview
The planet has an S3 atmosphere, and a predominant jungle terrain. Indigenous life forms are sparse and non-hostile.
Hostile forces report
Scanners note life forms on the planet’s surface – a small scouting force of Orks and a similar sized hive of Tyranids. It appears that both of these alien races may be attempting to colonise the planet. Observations will continue while we attempt to establish the significance of the planet
+++Transmition Ends+++
Observer’s Report
Planet AQF/20175/B
Hostilities report
Apparently the opposing scout forces have crossed paths and, as expected, both seem aggressive. Scout probe has been deployed. The Tyranid swarm moves quickly towards the Ork horde, which expended large amounts of ammunition and charged headlong into the fray. Many troops from both sides fell in the initial exchanges, with some rudimentary electro-cannons from the Orks attempting to break through the large, armoured monster, thought to be a Carnifex (details attached) The creature appeared to be unperturbed by this and it continued to advance on the Orks.
More reinforcement arrived on the Western flank and tore large chunks from the Ork rabble, who continued to make a stand, dishing out their own retribution. The flame throwers reduced some of the Tyranids to ash quite efficiently. In the centre, grenades proved ineffective, as those Orks were torn to shreds, exposing one of their cannon to the swarm.
The Orks charged in, regardless of their own safety, for when it comes to combat, they live only for the bloodshed. The leader – the biggest of the Orks by far raised his power claw and smashed the limb of the Carnifex. This only served to make the Carnifex angry and it reduced the Ork leader to a small pile of green entrails, with one of its huge claws. None of the other Orks fared very well against the Tyranid swarm and they were overrun.
It is my recommendation that, should the minerals report return to us positive information, the best tactic would be to send out small, well equipped squads, with flamers to snuff the Tyranid presence on this planet out with fire, before they gain too robust a foothold.
Mineral significance or not, if this planet is now infested with Tyranids, action must be taken to destroy them.

I've never played a game, though I've gone over the rules countless times.
I'm the only one where I live that takes the game seriously.
Also...Tom's April Fool's joke is just evil. I got excited until I realized it was April 1st.

I love Warhammer, once I start getting a positive cash flow again. I'm sooo back into RPGing, and Warhammer, at my Cine or I should say my old Cine where I worked, there was a Games worshop (I wish they would sell more games and what not, or have more comic book ish memorbilia and or video games. Like be a nerd's one stop paradise).
Anyways I was curious of what the hell Warhammer was all about. I played the PC game version, it wasn't so good but that's ok. They'll make another, with more detailed craphics. Anyways. so I ask how to play, and it's similar to Mage Knight, except Warhammer pieces you have to paint. so I beat the Game admin on my first try, because he kept on getting unlucky rolls. I love this game and can't wait.

Space Marines seem to be getting a new Land Raider pattern this year, dubbed the "Terminus". Some git is shouting that it will feature turbo lasers as it's main weapon and that the release will coincide with the Apocalypse release, also somewhere around Summer. Probably to counter the plastic Baneblade.

Hi guys I'm sort of back.
The Ork codex is very very old so I'm vondering how much of the new vehicles can be looted.
Precisely I'm vondering about the SoB(heh) exorcis,t which is an Imperial vehicle but doesn't belong to the Imperial Guard or Space marines, but the idea of D6 rockets per turn is very Orky.
So can I loot it?

Only vehicles from codex: Imperial Guard and codex: Space Marines, as the (soon to be ten years old) Orks codex says.

Really? Even the Guard destroyer only mounts one, and forfeits its turret and other hull mounts for it. I cant see the land raider having a massive barrel poking out the front of it. It would kinda detract from the sleek image of the LR.
A LR with turbo laser would either be hefty on the points cost or short on other weapons. Kinda defeating the armed-to-the-teeth visage that the LR has about it.

Actually, the Leman Russ Destroyer mounts a "laser destroyer" and not a turbo laser.
Though the Thunderhawk has one mounted on top.

They're good, but compared to tau (and Kroot), Chaos, and Space Marines, in particular Grey Knights they aren't the best.

Hello, I collect Ultramarines (and Tyranids to a small scale from the battle of Macragge set) and I am painting Imperial Fists as a one off for White Dwarf 30th anniversary Space Marine painting contest.
Can I please join the blog? Please note I will not blog much of next week as I will be busy taking exams.

I thought that was the case. I just assumed wikipedia was right and I was out of touch with the Guard Armoured options.
Wiki bastard. Editing...

It pays off to study factions and their forces before making such stupid statements. Other then that, welcome aboard. And NO, this is not a blog.
