Pfft. Just cause I live/lived in North America that doesn't mean all I do is watch television.
And what if Americans changed English. That doesn't count for Canada, they didn't change it.
FYI I know that Britain has four countries with different accents. I'm not one of those fat fucks from the USA that watch nothing but T.V. and eat snacks. Ok so shut up, I don't like the british accent. You having a fucking problem with it? Everybody dislikes something. And I don't belive everything that I see on T.V.
Did you refuse to listen? There isn't such a thing as 'the British accent'.

Four countries
Four accents

How is that definable as 'The British accent'. It just isn't. If you mean the English accent, when then you're still a moron and I still believe that you believe what your tv screen tells you. 'OMG Simpsons showed a posh British man eating crumpets, therefore everyone in Britain is posh, speaks like that and goes around eating crumpets all day long!' I haven't seen anyone eating a crumpet in years >=(

Americans change things for the worse. Simple.

Hold on there. By British accent I mean accents from all of Britan. Why don't you shut the fuck up about T.V. I don't care if they show a british person on the Simpsons. I know British people and I don't need the Simpsons to find out who is someone from Britain.
BTW IM NOT AMERICAN. I'm polish and I lived in Canada for almost my whole life. Don't blame me, blame the USA. In Canada it's half American english, half British english. We may use grammar like they do in Britain but we speak like Americans and use the same words.
BTW what is a crumpet?

You dislike every accent from Britain? Even though they are all quite very different? Something about that seems odd. I never said you were American o.o I'm just blaming them for why people think the British are all snobs and sound like we swallowed money.

The word 'brilliant' is the poor people's way of saying 'excellent',but why make a thread about it?If I made a thread about all the things that piss me off, there'd be no room for flash movies on this site.

I'd go with 'developed'.

It wasnt the British it was the English. Very few words from the other languages of isles have entered into the english language.
