There are a few times that I've felt absolutely extreme pain. The first was back in grade 9 or so. I was having problems with my teeth and one tooth needed to have a root canal done. One night, before the root canal, my tooth was in excruciating pain. I couldn't sleep or do anything else, just writhe in agony. I definitely went into the dentist the next day to get it taken care of. It definitely sucked.

The second was a few years back at a karate class I was at. I was fighting a guy who was much taller than me and as such had a significant advantage with kick reach. The only thing I had going for me was speed, so I decided to come in with a fast kick towards him. He thought the same thing with me. Our legs hit, shin to shin. We both ended up on the ground, unable to walk. I had a scar there for a few years because of it.

The third was during an intense rugby practice in high school. I wasn't properly hydrated by the end of the practice and during our warm down drill, my legs seized up and stopped working. I just collapsed on the ground and was grabbing my leg in pain. I couldn't move at all. My coach and a few other players had to help me up and get me off the field.

When I broke my arm at the middle. And dentist.

Thankfully, I don't get hurt TOO often.

1. When my one of my dogs took off running when I was holding his leash and I skidded down the stairs (which were made of gravel, I was outside). I only got skinned on the front of my lower leg just above the foot, but it hurt like hell! The wound might've been about five inches long, two or three inches wide.

2. I was little when this happened. I almost broke my tail-bone after the plank I was sitting on slipped off the two stacks of planks it was being held on. I spent the rest of the day lying on the couch with an ice-pack covered in a towel on my rear.

3. Dislocating my legs numerous times, and even my neck once!

uhhh...i dunno...maybe when i was climbing up a basketball hoop (the one that you put in your driveway)...and when i fell down, my leg got cut open by a screw, i could see my bone

I went outside halfnaked and my friends shot me with frozen paintballs.

I stepped on a pinecone and had one of those brown things get itself all the way into the bottom of my foot. That didn't hurt too much, but what did is that I was at a friends place and his mom tried to get it out.

She grabbed a bottle of rubbing alcohol as well as some peroxide, and proceeded to attempt to perform surgery on my foot using only a pair of tweezers and a towel for me to bite on. U

Fortunately, she gave up after about 10 minutes and I went to the doctor for a real removal of the damned thing. It got far enough up that the doctor had to do an L-shaped cut and peel shit back until he got the last slivers out. Thank goodness I got an anesthetic for that part. The needle hurt a ton though because my foot was already ravished.

Some of my friends and I did something similar to that one time. He was nearly in an alcoholic coma, so we took off everything but his boxers and tied him to a tree, then proceeded to shoot him with a paintball gun. Needless to say, he woke up.

id probably have to say jumping off a floating trampoline in water 5 foot above water level, only to find out the water is only 1 foot deep

My bike was lying on the ground and i walked backwards, fell on it and the stunt peg stuck in my arse cheek.

My arse cheek has a circular scar on it, the size of a digestive biscuit.

my 'friend' cracked my kneecap down the middle with a skatewheel and i hadnt known til a few days ago. been walking on it for a year in a half and had no clue it cracked. now i can never do sports.

I almost drowned once, but it wasn't painful.

I haven't broken anything yet, so I have to deal with hard ski crashes and diving mishaps.

If the police hadn't stopped it I could have been a victim of a school shooting.

Seems kinda pathetic compared to everything else here :S

iv shattered all of my knuckles, dat hurt alot, but it wasnt much compared 2 gettin hit round the face with a chain and padlock

Mine isnt much compared to others but:
My brother backed me up into a mirror with no edges, Mirror fell over and sliced the back of my foot open and the a literally a flab of skin that that was attched to the back of my foot by a thread that they had to sew back on.

Doing rugby and snapping my right shin in half when I was fifteen, I passed out because of the pain. The tear of the ligaments and the bone completely broken and both ends sticking out of my skin made the doctors believe it couldn't be fixed, and that I may have had my right leg amputated below the knee. Thankfully I have a hell of a hard working GP and he convinced the lazy ass surgeons to try and reconstruct my leg. I now have no bone below my knee but five metal rods holding it together.

It was however, the most painful moment that happened and I hope ever will happen in my life.

I had triped my my snow suit when i was like 3 i fell dell a the stars and split my tounge open it hurt it fuckin hurt i have a scare right down my toung

The most painful injurys I've had are:

Getting a rock stuck about 3 mm inside my elbow.

Getting stabbed by a peice of glass. It healed in 2 days, minor.

Stomping on a rusty nail. I bairly peirced my skin though.

I've never broke anything, I've never had a painful desiese, I've never been knocked out.

I've had shots to my crotch and I've torn a muscle. I've also disslocated my shoulder and then popped it back in again. Then I've bummped heads so hard that I had a HUGE lump just above my left eye. ANd I've fractured my nose (you can't really tell though). I don't know what hurt the most outta all those. I've had others but I won't list them.

Yeah,so that was the biggest pain ever.

Dunno i think it was my ear it hurted really bad and it was yellow water, and i had a wound that became 30 cm big on a couple weeks
