since when have people been able to submit a flash with 9 or 10 co-authors. It actually kind of pisses me off to see so many names of people who probably did nothing to help the flash. BU tI just wanna since since when were these the rules.

Probably the creator wants to up his friends experience and shit, so he includes them in what they did not do.
